Sustainable Circular Return Scheme
Return a minimum of six liners or pouches through our partnership with The Royal Mail and help us reduce waste by closing the loop with a truly circular packaging solution. You can collect and send back as many WoolPac or denim-based liners and pouches as you like—the more you return, the more economical it becomes.
Please note that ice packs cannot be returned through this scheme and should instead be recycled locally.
How it works

Choose Your Packaging
Select the right Puffin pouch or box liner kit for your shipment size and temperature needs. WoolPac provides natural, high-performance insulation, while Denim offers a vegan, recycled alternative.
Add Cooling Power
Use DuraCool for chilled goods (0–8 °C) or DuraFreeze for frozen products (down to –18 °C). These reusable ice packs are tested to maintain stable temperatures for extended transit times.
Pack, Seal & Ship
Arrange products and ice packs securely inside the insulated pouch or box, ensuring even cooling. Seal your shipment; it’s now ready for delivery anywhere in the UK or Europe, keeping contents fresh!
How to use Puffin ice packs

Freeze Fully Before Use
Place ice packs flat in your freezer for at least 24 hours (longer for DuraFreeze). Ensure they’re completely solid before packing.

Prepare Your Liner
Insert WoolPac or Denim liners snugly into your Puffin box or use a pre-made insulated pouch for smaller orders.
